    We currently ship within Canada only.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and your choice of shipping method. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

    Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the carrier. While we do our best to get your order to you promptly, we are not able to guarantee delivery dates once your package is in the hands of the carrier.

    If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@rootedcreativity.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.

    Returns & Refunds

    We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we are happy to help.

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In its original packaging

    To start a return, email us at info@rootedcreativity.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

    Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

    All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

    4. Orders and Payment

    When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

    Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
